Europe’s largest Open Air Theatre – adverset chosen as print partners…

Scarborough’s Open Air Theatre, which has been fantastically restored through a £3.5m investment, re-opens on Friday 23 July 2010. A press launch was recently held where the opening event was announced – billed as ‘the opera event of the year’, the opening show stars Jose Carreras and Dame Kiri Te Kanawa.

As part of a sponsorship agreement with Apollo Resorts & Leisure, adverset have been announced as the official print partners for the Open Air Theatre. All promotional print and display products will be produced by adverset as part of this commitment, which began instantly with the production of pop-up stands, displays and pull-up banners (pictured at the press launch) in conjunction with press releases, corporate folders and brochures.

Speakers at the recent press launch, were the Mayor of Scarborough, Bill Chatt and Gary Verity, Chief Executive of ‘Welcome to Yorkshire’.

Also present was Paul Gregg, Chairman of Apollo Resorts & Leisure Limited, who announced “We are delighted that progress on the Open Air Theatre regeneration is on schedule to open this summer, thanks to a £3.5 million investment by Scarborough Borough Council to restore the theatre to it’s former glory as one of Europe’s most beautiful theatre settings”.
