Several months of careful design and development came to fruition recently with the launch of a new Intelligent Television and Video (ITVV) website.

ITVV are the world’s leading producer of in-flight DVD and video programmes and have for many years embraced the web as a sales medium, taking orders from all four corners of the globe.

However with this new project, Nick Grindley wanted to develop a complete e-commerce solution for the sales side of his business, placing particular emphasis on customer service with the inclusion of a unique customer support centre, coupled with stock reconciliation and data gathering for e-marketing.

adverset have produced the design and build for the site, complemented by a back-end solution researched and implemented in collaboration with Nick.

The site launch coincides with a brand new DVD release “Hurricane R4118” which follows the discovery and 5-year restoration to flight of this famous WWII fighter aircraft. The programme contains in-flight footage as well as the full story of the restoration project and is priced at £21.95.
