This will depend on the product, but generally anything over 2,000 impressions/passes would be more cost effective if printed litho. Here’s a few simple indicators on different products showing the maximum quantities which would be economical on digital printing:

A6 Leaflets (double sided) – 8,000.
A6 Leaflets (single sided) – 16,000.
A5 Leaflets (double sided) – 4,000.
A5 Leaflets (single sided) – 8,000.A4 Leaflets (double sided) – 2,000.
A4 Leaflets (single sided) – 4,000.

A4 Brochure – 500.
A5 Brochure – 1000.

A6 Postcards – 8,000.
A5 Postcards – 4,000.
