14 May DRUPA 2012 proves that print is very much alive and well
Whilst footfall compared with the last DRUPA in 2008 was reported to be down, it was great to hear that sales of print presses particularly were more than healthy. It became apparent during our visit on Saturday that amongst those attending there were some pretty major buying decisions being made.
This is good news and is a great confidence boost going forward. It would seem that print companies who have survived the last few years of the economic downturn are in a solid state and are finally looking to seriously re-invest. It was good to meet up with our friends from Heidelberg and KBA, who really went the extra mile to look after us and provided much food for thought.
bis zum nächsten Mal!
